Biography
Foreshadowing
The Sixth Doctor learned from the Master that the entity known as the Valeyard was created during the Doctor's twelfth regeneration. (DW: The Ultimate Foe)
When the Eleventh Doctor had the Teselecta fake his death, including an illusion of a failed regenergtion, River informeded Amy Pond that the Eleventh Doctor would have been dead the moment the process started, his failer to reach his twelfth incarnation is what killed the Doctor.
