The Brynblaidd Cannibals (or Villagers) were Humans that lived in the Welsh country village of Brynblaidd. Every ten years, they would harvest and butcher other Humans who would drive by their village. They had done this for countless generations. The reason for this was merely because it made them happy. The harvest of 2007 was stopped by Torchwood 3 and the villagers were arrested. (TW: Countrycide)
