Helen Mortimer was the wife of George Mortimer and the mother of Ida Mortimer and Alan Mortimer. She and her family stumbled into the Doctor's TARDIS when the First Doctor materialised outside their burning house during the Great Fire of London. They believed that he was a warlock and that the TARDIS was powered by magic. They then traveled with him to the Andromeda Galaxy in the far future. (DWA: Doctor Who and the Invasion from Space)
