Mr Wagner was one of Mr Finch's Krillitanes who took over the Deffry Vale High School in order solve the Skasis Paradigm and become "gods". All the Krillitanes were destroyed when K-9 blew up a can of their oil. (DW: School Reunion)
He differed from the others in that his true Krillitane form is grey. He was the only one known to be so.
Behind the scenes
- In a deleted scene, Mr Wagner became a vegetarian when Mrs Jackson offered him a rat and he claimed to have turned organic.
