The Five Famous Space Battles were five events in the War in Heaven that gained glib notoriety among the House Military for their resemblance to traditional imaginations of space battles. These were notable because, when timeships could move around the universe without any need to travel through the intervening gaps, in-space combat was irrelevant and inconvenient. Many House Military soldiers would claim to be survivors from one or more of these battles, despite that each event had few survivors.

The Five Famous Space Battles were the Nova Majestic, Twin Stars' Pass, Anvil Stars, Planet Deadlock, and the Roar. (PROSE: The Book of the War)
