The Brynblaidd villagers are Humans that live in the Welsh village of Brynblaidd. They are cannibals and once a year go on a harvest where they destroy passing-by cars and butcher the passengers. The reason for this is merely because it makes them happy. The harvest of 2007 was stopped by Torchwood 3 and the villagers were arrested. (TW: Countrycide)
