The Gunmaker's Arms was a pub in London, relatively central to the Chelsea Barracks in Westminster, but far enough away for one to not "bump into a private out courting." The bartender's name was Geoff.
Colonel Alistair Lethbridge-Stewart and Major Walter Douglas visited the pub in 1969, and it was there that Lethbridge-Stewart was reunited with Sergeant Major Samson Ware. (PROSE: The Showstoppers)
