Fugitive of the Judoon was the fifth episode of series 12 of Doctor Who. It re-introduced the Judoon, as well as Captain Jack Harkness, who had not been seen on televised Doctor Who for a decade.
This episode also saw the introduction of a woman claiming to also be the Doctor, with her own TARDIS, though neither Doctor can remember living the life of the other. This other Doctor is said to have used a Chameleon Arch to hide on Earth in her "Ruth Clayton" identity. She has a history working for the Time Lords, in an undisclosed capacity, and does not recognise the Thirteenth Doctor's sonic screwdriver.
