Story notes
- Despite being filmed in 2019, Praxeus has Doctor Who fans speculating if the virus in the story, known by the same name, is actually a reference to the real world Coronavirus, only discovered in 2020, the year of the story's broadcast.[1]
- The Doctor's opening monologue places Praxeus as taking place "early in the third decade of the 21st century."
- This story marked the first televised Doctor Who appearances of both a Brazillian character (Gabriela Camara, who speaks portuguese and is seen using the official Brasil CBF shirt) and a Brazillian actress, Gabriela Toloi. Coincidentally, they're both named Gabriela.
