Bastet was an Osiran who was the sister of Khonsu and Hathor. She had a romantic attraction to Anubis, which made Horus jeleous. She was the cat-goddess in Egyptian mythology.
She was capricious, fickle and followed her own law; she moved with "sinewy grace". She once had the face of a lioness and was dressed in black and gold. (PROSE: The Enigma of Sisterhood)
