First City was the capital city of Qo'noS, centre of the Klingon Empire in the parallel universe of the United Federation of Planets. In an alternate future in which the Cybermen had conquered Qo'noS among various other worlds, shown to Captain Jean-Luc Picard by the Eleventh Doctor, cyber-converted Klingons roamed the First City.
