Dauphine Malacasta (2712 - 2750) was an agent of the Celestis who was a servant to Foaming Sky. She was personally given a Mark of Indenture by Foaming Sky.

Following Foaming Sky's attack on Spinegrove District, the Rump Parliament used Malacasta to attack Foaming Sky back: a weapon capable of erasing a Lord Celestial was bonded to her shadow and she assassinated Foaming Sky while he was in the vulnerable form of Arkat. Immediately afterwards, Malacasta approached the City of the Saved's ambassador in Mictlan and obtained a full citizenship in the City. (PROSE: The Book of the War)
