Birmingham

The Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond visited the location of Birmingham during the Ice Age where they rescued a Neanderthal from a sabre-toothed tiger. (COMIC: Snow Globe)

19th century

The Ninth Doctor was displaced to Birmingham in 1894 during an encounter with the Bygone Horde in 2012. He would wait for 28 years until he encountered Rose, sent from 2012 to November 1922. (AUDIO: The Other Side)
