Memory TARDIS — it's been called that in publicity material, and it's explicitly called such in dialogue by McCoy
Talk about it here.
One version of the Doctor's TARDIS had a console room entirely composed of segments from various iterations of the TARDIS console. The console room was a small chamber with no central console, with odd assortments of controls instead covering the floor, walls and ceiling.
The Fifth Doctor believed this TARDIS was "a remembered TARDIS", with the Seventh Doctor describing it as "a memory"; the Doctors that inhabited this TARDIS were unsure if they themselves were anything more than memories. (WC: Earthshock, The Mind Robber, et al)
Appearance
The TARDIS console was entirely composed of miscelleanous sections of various TARDIS consoles:
- A portion of the Eleventh Doctor's first console
- The hexagonal "roundels" from the Thirteenth Doctor's console room
- A miniature version of the Thirteenth Doctor's console, acting as a quasi-fireplace
- to be added
