Memory TARDIS — it's been called that in publicity material, and it's explicitly called such in dialogue by McCoy. Remembered TARDIS is also said in dialogue by Davison.

One version of the Doctor's TARDIS had a console room that was entirely made up of fragments from other TARDIS consoles. The console room was a small chamber with no central console, with assortments of controls covering the walls and ceiling.

The Fifth Doctor believed this TARDIS was "a remembered TARDIS", with the Seventh Doctor describing it as "a memory"; the inhabitants of this TARDIS were unsure if they themselves were anything more than memories. (WC: Earthshock, The Mind Robber, et al)
