Wallace Fitch was a brief companion of the tenth doctor. He was assisted to Mr Pemberton as well.

He was taken to Chelsea 426 gardens and was sprayed by Professor Wilberforce's perfume. This made him also under control of the Rutans. His next task was to get to the Doctor who was archenemy of the Rutans. He managed te give tickets to the Carstairs family.
