Torchwood

Although the Doctor has yet to appear on Torchwood, several substantive references to him have been made, not including throwaway references.

• During Series 1, the Doctor's hand appears in numerous episodes.
• In Children of Earth: Day Five, Gwen Cooper records a video message. She claims that at one point she wondered why the Doctor wasn't always there to save humanity, but that she had since come to the conclusion that sometimes he is too ashamed of humans to save them.

• Attack of the Graske: An interactive mini-episode/game made available on the BBC's Red Button service and online, the canonicity of which is a matter of debate.
• 2009 BBC Christmas idents: A series of short skits featuring the Tenth Doctor that were produced for broadcast during the 2009 holiday season; likely non-canonical.
