Kevin McNally

Kevin McNally (born 27 April 1956[1]) played Hugo Lang in the Doctor Who serial The Twin Dilemma, and Henry in the Big Finish Productions audio story Spider's Shadow.
He is best known for his role as Joshamee Gibbs in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. He also played General Harris Cochrane in Designated Survivor, Judge Richard Woodhull in TURN: Washington's Spies, Horace Bryant in Downton Abbey, and Frank Devereaux in Supernatural.
He is married to Phyllis Logan.
