In the parallel universe of the United Federation of Planets, Qo'noS was the homeworld of the Klingons, its First City the capital of the Klingon Empire. In an alternate future shown to Captain Jean-Luc Picard by the Eleventh Doctor, the population of Qo'noS had been converted by the Cybermen. (COMIC: Assimilation²)

- The Dead Ringers sketch "Doctor Who vs the Cybermen" has the Cybermen show the Fourth Doctor (Jon Culshaw) a picture book of some "lovely" invasions of other planets, including Qo'noS.
