Brixton was a district in south London.
To the south-west of Brixton was Morden, roughly to the west was Richmond, to the north-east was New Cross and roughly east was Lewisham. (TV: Revenge of the Slitheen)
The Second Drax, a Time Lord, was caught committing crimes to procure replacement parts for his TARDIS and served a prison sentence in Brixton.
