- The comparison to the film in the audio drama Iceberg [+]Loading...["Iceberg (audio story)"], specifically the hospital which Owen Harper was in, was specifically to St Thomas' Hospital in Central London. The exterior of this hospital was used to represent the fictional Royal Hope Hospital in Smith and Jones [+]Loading...["Smith and Jones (TV story)"].
