The Millingdale family were a presumably human family which appeared to include Suzanne (PROSE: Our Story) and Danielle Millingdale. (PROSE: Our Flavours) They lived at the Millingdale family home, and were the creators and owners of Millingdale, (PROSE: Our Story) an ice cream company which seemingly operated simultaneously in the Doctor's universe and in Pete's World. (PROSE: Our Flavours)

Although the recipe had been passed down in the family for generations, it was unknown who first created the Millingdale ice cream recipe. The recipe was kept secret, locked away in a vault in their family home. (PROSE: Our Story)
