The Stone Dalek was one of The Progenitor Daleks.
History
The Stone Dalek appeared in The Big Bang. It was activated after The Pandorica opened, the light activated it but the stone didn't fall off. Its power wasn't fully restored so it couldn't shoot, but eventually it got it power restored enough to shoot it's weapon. It shot the Doctor. It was also the first Dalek to say "Mercy!" Soon after that it was shot by River Song.
