January
- 1 - Professor Bernice Summerfield arrived on Guernsey in the English Channel. (BFBS: Just War)
- 20 - Jack Harkness and Toshiko Sato met the real Jack Harkness at The Ritz. Tosh sent a message to Torchwood Three containing her half of the Rift Manipulator formula to bring her and Jack back. (TW: Captain Jack Harkness) The Ninth Doctor traced a Chula ambulance to London, thinking it a warship. He found a boy called Jamie, who had been partially resurrected by nanogenes. Jamie pursued the Doctor, Rose and Captain Jack Harkness after Jack set off emergency protocols, releasing an army of people made to be just like Jamie searching for his mother. Nancy told Jamie she was his mother, not his sister, after lying all his life. The nanogenes repaired Jamie and all the infectees to normal. March
- 1-6 - Professor Bernice Summerfield, stranded on Nazi-occupied Guernsey, uncovered a secret German weapon based on technology from the future. (BFBS: Just War)
June
- 7 - Clyde Langer and George Woods evaded a group of Nazis after taking a piece of Chronosteel from them. Shortly afterward, Clyde returned to Ealing on 23 November 2010. George was inspired by Clyde to join the British Army. (SJA: Lost in Time)

- 18 - Bilis Manger contacted Tilda Brennan and suggested she follow the instructions in File TW3/87/BM. (TWN: The Twilight Streets)
- 22 - Jack Harkness returned to the Hub to find the personnel of Torchwood Three incapacitated by Tilda Brennan, shot dead when the Light gave up possession of her body. The Light used the diary of Gideon Tarry to take the body of Greg Bishop. (TWN: The Twilight Streets)

December
- Reg Arwell's plane crashed, but later landed thanks to Madge. (DW: The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe)
- 24 - Madge Arwell and her children Cyril and Lucy met the Doctor. Cyril found a Christmassy land with naturally growing Christmas trees. Lily and the Doctor followed him. Madge later followed as well. (DW: The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe)
Unknown Dates
- The Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond were summoned to the Cabinet War Rooms in London by British Prime Minister Winston Churchill. The Doctor discovered Daleks working for Churchill. Increasingly frustrated by their charade as "soldiers", he shouted his name at them. This testimony unwittingly activated the Progenitor, awakening the New Dalek Paradigm, who killed the older Daleks. The new Daleks distracted the Doctor by arming their robot Bracewell with a bomb that would destroy the Earth. The Doctor saved the Earth, but the Daleks escaped. (DW: Victory of the Daleks)
