Siobhan was a young Irish woman. On the night of 16 November, 1996, she was at the Tripod nightclub in Dublin. The Tenth Doctor, there at the insistence of Donna Noble, who wanted to see the first concert of the Blood Honeys, talked to Siobhan and gave her advice about her relationship with Eoin.

The Blood Honeys' first-ever performance was disrupted by three psirens who had taken control of the bandmembers as part of a plot to take over the Earth, and the Doctor set off the club's sprinkler system to cause the crowd to escape. Donna was concerned about whether the incident had changed the band's history. The Doctor saw Siobhan with a friend and called out to her, and she told him she had taken his advice regarding Eoin and told him he wasn't worth her effort.

Cutting her off, the Doctor asked her if she'd had a good night. She responded that she had, despite being soaked, but got a dreamy look on her face and said that the singing had been beautiful. The Doctor and Donna took a few minutes to extricate themselves from Siobhan and her friend, during which Donna made Siobhan feel better by offering her own choice opinions on Eoin. After the girls were waved off to another club, the Doctor said that human minds would paper over the details and the alien involvement in the night would be forgotten.
