Lieutenant Fisher was a stand-in controller at Marineville (COMIC: The Penta Ray Factor) in the absence of Commander Shore.
While Shore and the crew of Stingray were investigating ghost sightings at Tracking Station 17, (PROSE: Civil War) Fisher ordered high speed fire launches to Station 17 after recieving reports of explosions in the computer room. (COMIC: The Penta Ray Factor)
