Riccy Unwin was a reader of the website Doctor Who?.

In the summer of 2004, Riccy Unwin encountered the Ninth Doctor in a café in Cambridge, where the Doctor was trying to pay for a cup of tea with the bigger 10p pieces that had ceased to be legal tender around a decade prior. As the Doctor was holding up the queue, Riccy gave the Doctor 50p so he could pay.
In March 2005, Riccy wrote about his encounter on the conspiracy website Doctor Who?. (PROSE: Have You Seen This Man?)
