Later, Staal and his men, demonstrating that they did not fear death, chanted even as the Doctor, now aboard the flagship, threatened to use an atmospheric converter to destroy them all. Ultimately, however, the Doctor's place was exchanged with Luke via teleport pod. As the Sontarans ceased their chanting, Luke exclaimed "Sontar-ha!" before activating the converter to Staal's lament as the flagship was destroyed. (TV: The Poison Sky)
Commander Kaagh, a survivor of the Tenth Sontaran Battle Fleet, exclaimed "Sontar-ha!" when he appeared before Sarah Jane Smith and her friends on Earth.
