Cheldon Bonniface
Cheldon Bonniface was a village in Norfolk, England visited by the Doctor from his first incarnation onwards. St Christopher's Church housed Saul, a being "created" by the many people worshipping within it.
In December 1992, during a visit by the Seventh Doctor and Ace, St Christopher's was removed from the village and placed on the Moon by the Timewyrm, along with several inhabitants of the village. The church was later returned to its original location. (PROSE: Timewyrm: Revelation) The following year, Ace and the Seventh Doctor returned to meet their resident friends. (PROSE: Cathedral Heart)
On 24 April 2010, it was the site of the wedding of Bernice Summerfield and Jason Kane. (PROSE: Happy Endings)
On 25 December 2013, after an absence of two years, the Eleventh Doctor joined Amy Pond and Rory Williams for Christmas dinner in Cheldon Bonniface. (TV: The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe)
