History
The Time Lord criminal Salyavin, one of the Doctor's boyhood heroes, was a fellow of St Cedd's College from c. late 17th century, holding the chair of Regius Professor of Chronology under the name Professor Urban Chronotis. (WC: Shada; TV: Shada) His apartments, Room 314 in St Cedd's, were really his TARDIS. (TV: Shada)
The Master of Sedgwick in the 1930s was Sir Isaiah Hardy, who went missing and was found by the First Doctor, Vicki Pallister and Steven Taylor. (AUDIO: Entanglement)
In 1939, a failed attempt to open Devil's Hump became known as "the Cambridge University fiasco". (TV: The Dæmons)
The Doctor took an honorary doctoral degree at St Cedd's College in 1960 and was known to college porter Wilkin. Accounts differ as to whether it was in his fourth or eighth incarnation. (TV: Shada, WC: Shada)

During the late 2010s, Adelaide Brooke went to Cambridge where she took her first honours in Physics and Mathematics. She went on to be the first woman to land on Mars. (TV: The Waters of Mars)
