Tests for the Mechanism of Heaven Sent's Confession Dial was the third non-narrative, behind-the-scenes focused release of the Doctor Who: Lockdown! YouTube channel. Although Tests for the Mechandism of Heaven Sent's Confessional Dial was the onscreen title, the YouTube upload was entitled VFX Confession Dial Tests instead.

"With thanks" to Rachel Talalay and Milk VFX, it was a release of early special-effects tests for the confession dial as seen at the end of Heaven Sent, coinciding with the watchalong of the episode organised by the Lockdown! project. As unfinished footage released from a behind-the-scenes lens, the webcast, though licensed, is not considered an independent valid source by this Wiki.
