Moments in Time was a preposed series of parody comic strips created by Jamie Lenman, intended as a replacement for his then-running Doctor Who Magazine strip Doctor Whoah!

All eleven installments, one for each known incarnation of the Doctor at the time, were eventually printed in Whoah!

Summery

Part One

Ian Chesterton and Barbara Wright have followed Susan Foreman home after school. The two of them arrive at the junkyard to find Susan stuck inside an old sentry box. When Barbara asks her why, Susan responds by saying it's an easy mistake, considering "the stupid thing was an oil drum last week". The First Doctor peeks outside of the TARDIS doors nearby as this happens.

Part Two

Part Three

The Brigadier introduces the Third Doctor to UNIT's newest corporal; a bearded man wearing a crude face mask who goes by the name of "The Master". An unconvinced Doctor asks "are you serious?"

Part Four

Part Five

Turlough gives the Fifth Doctor a lit stick of dynamite disguised as a piece of celery for his birthday. As the Doctor accepts the gift, Tegan interjects by saying it's not the Doctor's birthday.

Part Six

The Sixth Doctor, being chased by two Sontarans, manages to lose them by blending into the "patchwork jungle".

Part Seven

At a shop, the Seventh Doctor eagerly picks out his trademark umbrella from a row of other umbrellas with equally odd-shaped handles.

Part Eight

While trying on new outfits, the Eighth Doctor dons a Superman costume. Grace Holloway tells him he should go for the "wild Bill Hicock" look.

Part Nine

A boy infected by the Empty Child virus asks the Ninth Doctor if he's his mummy, with the Doctor responding that "with all the timey-wimey stuff heading my way, I wouldn't rule it out".

Part Ten

After Fadros Pallujikaa cuts the Tenth Doctor's hand off during their swordfight, everyone looks on in horror as a foot grows back in its place, with a dumbfounded Doctor citing this abnormality as being "unfortune".

Part Eleven

The Eleventh Doctor's enemies rejoice at successfully trapping him inside the Pandorica, completely unaware that the Doctor is sneaking out of a fire exit at the back of it.
