Hellner
Hellner was a Time Lord colonist at the Fledgling Empire outpost on the Gallifreyan colony planet of Trakkiney during the Racnoss Wars. He worked in the sanitation farm and kept to himself.
When a group of Racnoss led by Cob-Commander Messothel attacked the outpost on the planet, Hellner was one of about ninety Time Lord survivors who were imprisoned by the Racnoss. He participated in the escape from imprisonment and defeat of the Racnoss, led by the scientist Fysus. He was very afraid of the Racnoss, and the other Time Lords criticised him for being a coward. (PROSE: Introduction) The Gallifreyan people's early history was so distant and shrouded in mystery that later generations surmised some of their myths were in fact history, and some of their history was actually myth.
