This article details the Doctor Who action figure sets released by Character Options. These were packs of figures that allowed one to act out scenes from various Doctor Who episodes. It should be noted that the figures are not really 5" tall. This is the height of the Dalek, which was produced first. All other figures are scaled to match it.[1]
The Genesis Ark Set

- Each Dalek featured a removable eystalk, plunger, and gun so they could fit inside the Genesis Ark

- Two variants of the original "Radio Controlled Battle Pack" sets were issued featuring two Daleks (one gold, one black and gold), two matching controllers and either a Rose or the Ninth Doctor 5" figure with screwdriver (2005 £30.00 UK)

SDCC Exclusive Dalek Scientist and 11th Doctor
This set was an exclusive San Diego Comic Convention set released in 2011.
Christmas Adventure Set
- Released in December of 2010, this set featured the Eleventh Doctor, Amy in Police Outfit and the TARDIS.
River Song with Pandorica Chair
- Released in 2011, this collectible set required collecting five figures that each came with an exclusive wall/ceiling for the Pandorica chair set.
Victory of the Daleks Set
- Released in 2012, this set featured a unique combination of a Dalek Ironside and Winston Churchill.
B&M 2014 Exclusive Sets
Three exclusive B&M sets were released, featuring re-releases of some earlier-produced figures.
The Impossible Set
- This exclusive set was released in 2014 and featured the Eleventh Doctor as seen in TV: The Snowmen as well as Oswin Oswald as seen in TV: Asylum of the Daleks. Oswin includes souffle accessory.
Time of the Doctor Regeneration Set
- Released in 2014, this figure set featured two swappable heads, one of an elderly Eleventh Doctor and the other being the Twelfth Doctor's head. This set also included Handles.

- These sets were re-releases of figures already made.
The 'Other' (War) Doctor Regeneration Set
- This set was released in 2015 and featured the War Doctor and Eighth Doctor with sonic screwdriver and the Moment accessory.
The Curator Collectors Set
- Released in 2015 and features the Gallifrey Falls painting along with The Curator who himself includes a walking cane.
Eleventh Doctor Figure and Sonic Screwdriver
- This two-pack was unique for featuring an action figure packaged with a life-size sonic screwdriver toy.

- Starting in summer 2020, the B&M exclusive figures were made available internationally in Australia and North America through certain distributors.
