Also making clear the difference between a species having similar sexual dimorphism to humans and having a similar social conception of a gender binary to humans.)

Per the ruling at Thread:271132, and as documented at Tardis:Even good categories can be removed, the category Non-cisgender individuals is for individuals who are not cisgender. Non-humans are applicable for this category only if they have a human-like conception of a gender binary. For instance, Time Lords who change gender through regeneration are considered to be "non-cisgender" because, while Gallifreyans have a similar sexual dimorphism to humans, they have not been shown to have any equivalent social categories of gender, and typically seem entirely willing to adopt new pronouns as suits their current form.

Any real world people should be placed in Category:Non-cisgender real world people.
