Christmas on the TARDIS was an animated Christmas webcast featuring the Thirteenth Doctor, released on 7 December 2020. It was the third Christmas Yule Log, preceeded by Festive Thirteenth Doctor Yule Log in 2018 and TARDIS Yule Log in 2017.

It was the first of two animated Christmas webcasts released in 2018, the second being 'Twas the Night Before Christmas.

Synopsis

Give your holiday season some cozy Doctor Who cheer with a crackling fire, some biscuits, and a few Thirteenth Doctor surprises! Can you spot all the hidden festive secrets?

The Video runs for 1 hours (Looped) and features an original score by Jamie Robertson Available on all streaming sites as Christmas Who

Notes

  • As with Festive Thirteenth Doctor Yule Log the previous year, the full webcast lasted no less than two hours, with the intent (as stated in the description) that viewers be able to relax in a festive mood alongside the Doctor herself in real time. As such, the word "log" in the title takes a double meaning, both as the burning log in the chimney, and as the video itself being a filmed "log" of the Doctor's activities.
  • The webcast was released on the BBC America YouTube channel, rather than on the main Doctor Who one.
