Manchester was a city in England. The Doctor, Nyssa, and Tegan Jovanka visited Manchester in 1993. (MA: Goth Opera) There was a suite called the Manchester Suite aboard Platform One. (DW:The End of the World) The Sixth Doctor and Charley Pollard visited Manchester twice in 2008 both times meeting DI Menzies.[source needed]

A person from Manchester is a Mancunian, though it is unclear whether this has ever been positively asserted by a DWU source.
