Carla Alcazar
Carla Alcazar was the partner of Thomas Mortimer and mother of Harry.
Biography
Carla had a mother who hated all men other than Carla's brother. By 1988, Carla had met and fallen in love with Thomas Mortimer and became pregnant around April of that year. The two went to Hideaway to stay with Mary and "Maddie", a time that Carla did not much enjoy.
When Carla met River Song, she became suspicious that Thomas was in love with her, but eventually accepted that he loved her only as a mother figure from when she was his governess. She told Thomas that she was pregnant and refused his offer of marriage, stating that they were not the sort of couple to get married. She gave birth to a son, Harry, and worked as a cinematographer, travelling the world with Thomas and making documentaries.
In 2014, Carla and Thomas were in the Gobi Desert when Harry video-called them and told them that he had accepted Vinay Siddiqui's proposal. Carla was delighted and congratulated them, eventually becoming a grandmother. (AUDIO: Friend of the Family)
