"Eddie Duggan" was the username of a reader of the website Doctor Who?.
Biography
In 1999, "Eddie Duggan" was outside a club in Prague, when he stopped to have a long rambling conversation with the Ninth Doctor mostly about early reggae music while standing on a flight of stone steps at 4AM. The Doctor told Eddie that he wasa traveller, but Eddie forgot to ask for the Doctor's name at the time.
In March 2005, Eddie wrote about his encounter with the Doctor on the conspiracy website Doctor Who?. (PROSE: Have You Seen This Man?)
