Flor was owned a bed and breakfast that the Unbound Doctor and Bernice Summerfield stayed at. She was a former soldier. Her dog's fought unusually which the Doctor thought was curious. They found a body when investigating the cause. She was then tasked with supervising Benny after the Doctor's arrest, and showed her something from the past. She thought that the Doctor and Benny was sent to find her from her old employers. She was attacked by a possessed Rylan Winsell but survived. The Doctor user her eye to store the ancient queen's mind. (AUDIO: Dead and Breakfast)
