Wim
Wim was a Magnoxian who lived during the Dark Times.

Wim was part of Obble's conspiracy to assassinate the Council of Minds. He tried to recruit two men to his cause, but they attacked him. He was saved by Brian the Ood and took him for a drink, during which he received the Ood into the plot. He took Brian to meet Beck, who interviewed Brian and agreed to let him join their team. They infiltrated the Chronicon, though many of the team, including Beck, were killed by the defenses, and reached the chamber where Brian assassinated the Minds, despite the arrival of a Kotturuh ship demanding answers from them and threatening to destroy Magnox if they didn't. After the Tenth Doctor bought them time by freezing the Kotturuh in a data field, Brian took Wim back to their ship. They took Wim, along with a few other survivors, to Islos.
