Lulubelle, or Lulu for short, was a baby born on Christmas Eve in December, 2023.
Biography
Encounter with goblins
Her parents abandoned her, leading Carla Sunday to foster her in her flat in 3 Minto Road. Carla leaves Lulu in Ruby Sunday's care as she leaves to the store. However, while taking a call, Ruby leaves Lulubelle alone. Goblins arrive and steal her. Ruby gives chase, following them to their ladder and ends up joined by the Fifteenth Doctor, whom the goblins capture. The Doctor reveals Lulubelle is deemed a tasty snack by the goblins for their king because she is riddled with coincidences. Alternate timeline
In an alternate timeline, the goblins never attempted to steal Lulubelle, but instead stole Ruby as a baby instead. The Doctor was aware of this change reversed it, because Carla was changed into a heartless mother who did not care about Lulubelle in the same way.
