Incarnations of Rasmus
The Rasmus incarnation which aided Ollistra and the Seventh Doctor capture the Eleven was a bald, black man. (AUDIO: Dark Universe) Highly involved in the Time Lords errands, he also met the Eighth Doctor on the Deeptime Frontier (AUDIO: Deeptime Frontier) and acted on behalf of the War Council during the Last Great Time War. (AUDIO: Prequel to Susan's War, Sphere of Influence, et al.)
After regenerating on the battlefield, (AUDIO: Light The Flame) the new Rasmus continued acting behalf of the Time Lords in their efforts against the Daleks. (AUDIO: Dreadshade, et al.)
