Dalia

Dalia was a Time Lord who served on the War Council during the Last Great Time War. When the temporal freeze on the planet Ysalus was suddenly lifted, Dalia contacted Romana, Coordinator of the Celestial Intervention Agency, to inform her of the development. In retribution for his informing Romana the events on Ysalus, which were secretly ordered by Lord President Rassilon, Mantus and Rassilon had him removed. When Narvin later came to asked Mantus about Dalia, he claimed that there was no Dalia on the War Council, nor on Gallifrey. (AUDIO: Collateral)
