Crazlus was a member of the Celestial Intervention Agency. He helped Narvin to freeze Lamarius as part of his plans in the Last Great Time War. He later helped stop the War Master's signal and tasked by Narvin to dispose of his body in a brutal way. He in fact cured the Master to full health.
