Lambeth

Lambeth was a London district. The Eighth Doctor detected anachronistic technology around Fentiman's Road in Lambeth. He journeyed there with Penny Chapman and found it was a proto-morphic lifeform, hidden in Blackthorne Gasworks. (COMIC: The Curious Tale of Spring-Heeled Jack)

The London Eye was located in the borough of Lambeth,[nb 1] as was the Royal Hope Hospital. (TV: Smith and Jones [+]Loading...["Smith and Jones (TV story)"]) A group of flats was also located approximately in this area. (TV: Aliens of London [+]Loading...["Aliens of London (TV story)"])

Lambeth shared its eastern border with Southwark, its southern border with Croydon, its south-western border with Merton and its western border with Wandsworth. Its northernmost border was the River Thames, across which was Westminster. (TV: Revenge of the Slitheen)

In the 2000s, Coldfire Construction put up a new technology block in one of the schools in Lambeth. (TV: Revenge of the Slitheen)

    The map of London boroughs in Revenge of the Slitheen matches up with the birds-eye view of London when the Sycorax ship arrives in The Christmas Invasion. The London Eye can be seen on the bank of the Thames, just as it bends towards City - placing it in Lambeth according to Mr Smith's map.
