As Krillitanes arrived in Deffry Vale, residents saw strange lights in the sky and there were reports of unidentified flying objects over the local high school. While the government refused to confirm or deny this activity, a local man named Joe Brandon insisted to the press and public that Deffry Vale was being visited by aliens. Interest in the strange lights subsided when press attention turned to the sudden turnaround of the town's secondary school.
