Quiquaequod

From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference

Lord Quiquaequod was a parallel counterpart of the Eighth Doctor. He was a wizard, and Sayde le Fey was his apprentice.

Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

When the Wall of Foresight was breached, he and Sayde le Fey, entered the Darkling Realms and fought the Darcoul. Quiquaequod used his powers to summon eldritch flames to burn the Darcoul's wings. The flames accidentally spread onto Sayde's cape. Quiquaequod could only watch in terror as his apprentice burned to death, realising the flames couldn't be quenched. The Eighth Doctor of another universe briefly experienced these events when he was shown his various possible lives by the Glory. Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]

Quiquaequod's name comes from the television story The Dæmons [+]Loading...["The Dæmons (TV story)"], where Olive Hawthorne calls the Third Doctor "the great wizard Qui Quae Quod" to bluff their way out of a trap; Qui, quae, and quod all being Latin for "who."
