The Avenues of Possibility was the fifth story in the audio anthology The Legacy of Time, produced by Big Finish Productions. It was written by Jonathan Morris and featured Colin Baker as the Sixth Doctor, India Fisher as Charlotte Pollard and Anna Hope as DI Patricia Menzies.

DI Patricia Menzies is used to the strange, but even she is surprised when the eighteenth century itself falls onto her patch. Fortunately, she has the founders of modern policing to help with her enquiries. - The adventure where the Doctor met Henry involved an exiled Draconian Prince.
- The Fielding brothers initially met the First Doctor while he was travelling with Dodo Chaplet, but met him again more recently in his current incarnation when he was travelling with Peri Brown.
- In the alternative 1950s, the Unified Kingdom is ruled by William VI.
