Each issue came with a DVD release.
Reversible DVD sleeves enabled the collector to display one of two designs featuring either the Doctor and his enemies or his companions.

The TARDIS lands on the planet Aridius, where the First Doctor and his friends make a terrifying discovery: the Daleks have sent a death squad to exterminate the time travellers! The monsters from Skaro have their own space-time craft and use it to pursue the Doctor, Vicki, Ian and Barbara to a varety of locations, from the Empire State Building, in New York to the 'Mary Celeste'. The deadly chase culminates on the planet Mechanus, where a new threat awaits both the Doctor and the Daleks ...
